Shawflex and Westinghouse Sign MoU for AP1000®, AP300™ and eVinci™ Projects
Agreement Supports Deployment of Advanced Reactors in Canada and Globally
March 19th, 2025 – Shawflex and Westinghouse Electric Company announced today they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities for collaboration on nuclear new-build projects worldwide. This agreement enables Shawflex to provide its support and expertise for Westinghouse’s AP1000® pressurized water reactor, AP300™ small modular reactor, and eVinci™ microreactor projects, which are poised to play a key role in the growth of nuclear power generation globally.
