Relocating to a new State-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility – Summer of 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and growth, we’re excited to share that we will be soon relocating to a larger, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vaughan, Ontario.

The new location will enable us to expand and double our footprint from 140,000 sq ft to 240,000 sq ft. It will serve as our central hub for Product Innovation, R&D, and Manufacturing, as we seek to invest and develop next-generation products & services across custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, cable accessories, and custom electronics. It is strategically located within proximity to major transportation networks, enabling smoother logistics and faster delivery times.

As mentioned by our Group President, Frank Cistrone: “These substantial organic investments are an important part of our overall strategy to elevate returns for the entire organization. Our Shawflex business has grown dramatically over the last few years and a larger, more modern, Ontario facility will allow us to meet continued demand expansion, with greater efficiency, in the years to come.”

The new location will house our teams from Shawflex and Kanata Electronic Services. Kanata will have a dedicated cable assembly and termination section within the facility. We plan to initiate production and be fully functional from this location, mid – 2025 onwards.

This move represents a significant milestone in our company’s growth strategy, allowing us to meet the increasing demand for our products and services, while continuing to uphold the highest quality standards that have come to define us.
