Flexar® cables are designed for use in automation and robotics applications. It is specifically designed to meet the rigors of today's automated equipment, minimize maintenance and reduce costly downtime.

There are three basic types of Flexar®:

• Ultra Flexible
• Extra Flexible
• Stationary Control

Type UF, Ultra Flexible

UF cable is designed for heavy duty continuous flexing applications. This cable is oil and abrasion resistant and available with an optional FT4/IEEE 1202 flame rating. The cable has a PVC jacket, a polyurethane jacket is available upon request.

UF cable is recommended for use in cable track, robotics and automated system applications.

• UFC - extreme cold applications

Type EF, Extra Flexible

EF cable is designed for use in intermediate flexing applications. This cable is oils and abrasion resistant and available with an optional FT4/IEEE 1202 flame rating. EF cable has a PVC jacket, a polyurethane jacket is available upon request.

EF cable is recommended for use in cable track, control cable assemblies and harnesses.

• EFBV - transparent outer jacket

Type SF, Stationary Control

SF cable is specially designed for use in stationary control applications. The compact cable design allows for easy handling and installation in confined operating areas. This cable is oil and abrasion resistant and available with an optional FT4/IEEE 1202 flame rating. The cable has a PVC jacket, a polyurethane jacket and aluminum/polyester foil shielding is available upon request.

SF cable is recommended for use where ease of installation and maneuverability is essential such as harness and connector systems, control systems, control panels and connections between control panels and machines.
